1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Savy's Tips, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Users may be asked to accept this legal version again after material updates.
2. Operator and Contact

3. Nature of Service
Savy's Tips provides informational only football prediction content, statistical commentary, match context, and product features that help users review predictions. It is not financial, legal, investment, gambling, or betting advice.
Savy's Tips does not accept bets, process wagers, hold balances or user funds, pay winnings, place bets for users, connect to sportsbooks, track bankrolls, act as a bookmaker, or operate as a sportsbook.
4. Eligibility and 18+ Confirmation
You must be 18+ and legally allowed to access sports prediction or betting-adjacent informational content in your jurisdiction. If local law requires a higher minimum age or prohibits this type of content, you must follow your local law and must not use the service where it is restricted or unlawful.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Premium features on iOS are sold through Apple In-App Purchase as auto-renewable subscriptions. iOS pricing, trial eligibility, renewal timing, cancellation, receipts, and refunds follow Apple's process and are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation.
Web purchases, where available, are processed through Stripe. Android purchases, if launched, will be processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. Refunds, cancellations, failed payments, renewals, chargebacks, receipts, and subscription management follow the provider used for the original purchase.
Digital content is delivered immediately, and purchases are final. Premium access is unlocked as soon as your payment succeeds. For purchases made directly through this website, you are asked at checkout to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your statutory right to withdraw from the contract. Once you have given that acknowledgement and access has been unlocked, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, for a subscription you forgot to cancel, for unused time in a billing period, or because predictions did not win.
This does not affect your rights where the service is faulty, materially fails to match its description, or where a payment was not authorised by you. Those situations are handled on their merits, and nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit.
Purchases made through Apple or Google are sold by that provider, not by us. Their refund policies apply, they decide those requests, and we can neither grant nor refuse a refund on their behalf. Requests for App Store or Google Play purchases must be made to Apple or Google directly.
6. Right of Withdrawal and How You Waive It
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content and digital services supplied immediately, that right does not apply once you have given prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
At checkout on this website you are asked to confirm both of those things before payment is taken. If you do not wish to waive the right, do not complete the purchase. If you complete a purchase without being asked for that confirmation, the 14-day right still applies and you may withdraw by contacting us at the address in the Contact section.
Withdrawal, where it applies, is different from cancelling a renewal. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your current paid period running until it ends.
7. Free Trials, Renewal, and Cancelling in Time
Where a free trial is offered, the length of the trial, the price that follows it, and the renewal interval are shown before you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to a paid subscription at the stated price.
We send a reminder before a trial converts, and your renewal date is always visible in your account. Reminders are a courtesy and depend on notification permissions, delivery, and a working email address or device, so the responsibility for cancelling in time remains yours.
Cancel through the provider you purchased from: Apple Account settings for App Store subscriptions, Google Play for Play subscriptions, or the billing portal linked in your profile for website subscriptions. Cancelling after a renewal has been taken stops the following period; it does not reverse the period already started.
8. Taxes, Prices, and Receipts
Prices may include applicable taxes depending on the purchase provider and customer location. Invoices, receipts, tax records, and payment confirmations may be issued by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider where applicable. Savy's Tips does not provide tax advice to users.
9. No Guaranteed Outcomes
We do not guarantee prediction accuracy, winnings, profit, successful picks, or any specific match or betting outcome. Past results do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on service content.
10. Responsible Use
Savy's Tips is designed for responsible use of informational sports content. Do not use the service to make decisions you cannot afford, to evade local restrictions, or to participate in unlawful gambling activity. If betting or prediction content creates stress, financial harm, or compulsive behavior, stop using related content and seek local professional or responsible-gambling support.
11. Account Conduct and Termination
You agree not to abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, resell, automate, or misuse the platform. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, policy violations, payment abuse, illegal use, or violation of these terms.
12. Intellectual Property
Savy's Tips branding, software, prediction content, model explanations, design, and related materials are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, republish, or create derivative commercial products without written permission.
13. Service Changes and Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features, content, prices, or plans. Sports data, predictions, notifications, subscription state, ad unlocks, third-party services, and payment providers can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savy's Tips and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, inability to access the service, prediction content, third-party data, or payment provider behavior.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections required by your local jurisdiction.
